Born and raised in Cameroon, Dr. Mbarga has built an international career at the intersection of human rights, education, women’s empowerment, peacebuilding, and community development. Her leadership connects lived experience with the institutional insight required to turn advocacy into practical action.
Her path from Cameroon to the United States has shaped a distinctly cross-cultural perspective. She has worked with communities navigating migration, social exclusion, domestic violence, human trafficking, and unequal access to opportunity—bringing dignity, cultural intelligence, and a rights-based lens to each engagement.
Dr. Mbarga champions girls’ education in rural communities, women entrepreneurs, African immigrant rights, and the development of emerging leaders. She has participated in international forums bringing together governments, universities, nonprofit organizations, business leaders, and community institutions across several continents.
As an international author, public speaker, entrepreneur, and humanitarian leader, she advances policy conversations and community initiatives that promote equity, inclusion, peace, and sustainable development. Her advocacy against feminicide in Cameroon reflects a wider commitment to protection, accountability, and systemic change.

Brillant Gislain Diffo collaborates with Afiri Consulting International on the creative and identity dimensions of selected projects.
